Give your trainees a good base of asana information as they start their teaching careers. Give yourself and your training staff a consistent way to train yoga postures.

The Foundation version is available in PDF format and is non-editable. The Core version is available in Word (or Google Docs) format and is fully editable, meaning you can swap out postures, images and content for each posture. Professionally designed Cover Pages are white-labeled: you can add your own logo and school name or use as-is. How-to documentation will be automatically sent to you June 1.

Can I use this in my current teacher training?

Yes, consider it a drop-in module you can add to your existing teacher training. Or, a starter module if you are building your training from scratch.

How many hours of materials is this?

Each posture will take an average of 30 minutes to full cover. Depending on the size of your training group, each posture may take a little more or less time to cover.

I've never run a Posture Lab before, how do I get started?

Glad you asked! Each package includes either How-To documentation to read through and/or How-To videos that you can watch on your own as many times as you need. If you still have questions, reach out to me via email or we can set up a time to talk.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. If you purchase the Foundation level, but decide you want the editable Core version instead, just send me a note and I’ll send you the upgraded links for payment and downloads.
